My name is Rochel and if you know anything about me you know that I love food and I love to cook. As a native Louisianan who now resides in Texas, it was important to me to bring not only my history of being in the kitchen with my mom, but to make sure people across the globe could experience some cajun flare while cooking and achieving a premium taste.

I got tired of spending so much time on seasoning aisles and never being satisfied with the blends. Coming from a family of great cooks and being a mom of three who is always in the kitchen, I knew exactly what was necessary to get that cajun taste I love so much and that's what inspired me to create Roc-N-Food.
